一种新型塔式环形折展机构的设计与分析

【摘要】 【目的】传统环形折展机构的展开精度低、稳定性差、拓展性弱,而空间折展机构具有收拢尺度小、展开体积大、机构质量轻等优点。为了满足未来空间技术发展的需要,利用胚图法对八杆回环进行特征合成,构建出不同的塔式空间折展机构。【方法】采用螺旋理论及等效隔离法的思想,分析了塔式环形折展机构的几何协调性与运动同步性;使用计算机辅助设计,通过数值模拟分析了设计参数与性能之间的映射关系。【结果】分析结果验证了塔式环形折展机构展开与折叠过程的稳定性与有效性。

【Abstract】 [Objective] Traditional circular deployable and foldable mechanisms suffer from low deployment accuracy, poor stability, and limited expandability, while spatial deployable and foldable mechanisms possess advantages such as small stowed size, large deployed volume, and light weight.To meet the needs of future space technology development, feature synthesis was performed on the eight-bar loop using the germ diagram method, and different tower-shaped spatial deployable and foldable mechanisms were constructed. [Methods] Based on the ideas of screw theory and the equivalent isolation method, the geometric coordination and motion synchronism of the tower-shaped circular deployable and foldable mechanism were analyzed. Computer-aided design was adopted, and the mapping relation between design parameters and performance was analyzed through numerical simulation. [Results] The analysis results verify the stability and effectiveness of the deployment and folding processes of the tower-shaped circular deployable and foldable mechanism.
