【摘要】 文章基于2015—2020年中国博士后科学基金资助结果，从中国博士后科学基金视角入手，首次构建了“博士后设站单位竞争力指数”,对近几年国内博士后设站单位图书情报与档案管理(以下简称为图情档)学科的科研竞争力进行全面、深入分析。在此基础上，以2015—2020年各博士后设站单位图情档学科获资助项目数据为例开展了实证研究，这对学者把握各设站单位本学科发展现状、研判人才布局、指导未来工作实践等具有现实意义。结果表明：各博士后设站单位图情档学科间的竞争力差异显著，武汉大学和中国科学技术信息研究所的竞争力优势明显。更多还原

【Abstract】 Starting from the perspective of China Postdoctoral Science Foundation, based on the funded results of China Postdoctoral Science Foundation from 2015 to 2020, the "Discipline Competitiveness Index on China Postdoctoral Science Foundation" is constructed for the first time to comprehensively and deeply analyze the scientific research competitiveness of the discipline of Library, Information and Archives Management(hereinafter referred to as "graphic information files") of domestic postdoctoral stations in recent years. On this basis, empirical research will be conducted using data from 2015 to 2020 as an example. It has practical significance for scholars to grasp the development status of the discipline of each station setting unit, study and judge the talent distribution, and guide future work practices. The results show that there are significant differences in the competitiveness between the disciplines of graphic information files of each postdoctoral station setting unit, and the competitive advantages of Wuhan University and the Institute of Scientific and Technical Information of China are obvious.更多还原
