挤压成型铝合金薄板焊接接头疲劳强度研究

【摘要】 文中对整体挤压成型带筋薄板T型焊接的温度场和应力场进行了系统的模拟分析,并开展了一系列5083-H116铝合金整体挤压成型带筋薄板T型焊接接头疲劳实验.在此基础上,以焊接变形和残余应力为初始条件,基于热点应力更新了适用于整体挤压成型带筋薄板T型焊接接头的疲劳等级曲线.与传统焊接接头相比,挤压板焊接接头横向残余应力提高了22.04%,焊接角变形降低了46%.结果表明,焊接变形和残余应力对传统薄板焊接结构的疲劳效应更为敏感.

【Abstract】 The temperature field and stress field of T-welding of integrally extruded ribbed sheet were systematically simulated and analyzed, and a series of fatigue tests of T-welded joints of integrally extruded ribbed sheet of 5083-H116 aluminum alloy were carried out. On this basis, taking welding deformation and residual stress as initial conditions and based on hot spot stress, the fatigue grade curve suitable for integral extrusion forming T-shaped welded joints of ribbed thin plates was updated. Compared with the traditional welded joint, the transverse residual stress of the welded joint of extruded plate is increased by 22.04%, and the welding angular deformation is reduced by 46%. The results show that welding deformation and residual stress are more sensitive to the fatigue effect of traditional thin plate welded structure.
