【摘要】 本工作研究了甲基丙烯酸2,2,2-三氟乙酯(TFEMA)和甲基丙烯酸(MAA)的共聚合。以超临界CO2流体为反应介质,探讨了聚合物的特性,并对产物的结构和特性进行分析,同时探究了聚合物的自乳化行为,测试了自乳化乳液的形貌和粒径。结果表明,在超临界CO2流体中TFEMA和MAA可以进行聚合反应,产物为白色粉末,分子量和玻璃化转变温度等特性与反应介质密切相关。聚合产物在一定条件下可以分散到水相成为自乳化乳液,乳胶粒为近似球形结构,粒径大小为200-300 nm。

【Abstract】 This study investigates the copolymerization of 2,2,2-trifluoroethyl methacrylate (TFEMA)and methacrylic acid (MAA).Supercritical CO2 fluid was used as the reaction medium to explore the characteristics of the resulting polymers,including structural and characteristic analysis of the products,as well as an investigation into the self-emulsification behavior of the polymers.The morphology and particle size of the self-emulsified emulsions were also tested.The results indicate that TFEMA and MAA can undergo polymerization in supercritical CO2 fluid,yielding a white powder.Properties such as molecular weight and glass transition temperature are closely related to the reaction medium.Under certain conditions,the polymer product can disperse in an aqueous phase to form a self-emulsified emulsion with latex particles exhibiting a nearly spherical structure and a particle size ranging from 200 to 300 nm.
