【摘要】 目的：了解甘肃省中医护理门诊开展现状，为甘肃省中医护理门诊规范及标准构建提供依据。方法：2024年10月—12月采用自行设计的中医护理门诊开展情况调查问卷对甘肃省中医医疗机构的门诊环境区域配置、管理运行、人员资质、服务开展及收费、质量控制与绩效等方面展开调查。结果：共收回问卷71份，有效问卷57份。调查结果显示，50.88%的医院开设中医护理门诊，均为近5年开设，出诊护士岗位性质为专职的仅占27.59%。48.27%的医院中医护理门诊开展中医适宜技术>10项，日均门诊量最多达200人次以上，但两极分化严重，89.65%的医院小于50人次，病症覆盖范围较广，包括痛症、治未病、不寐、便秘等，仅有13.79%的医院开展线上护理服务。结论：甘肃省中医医疗机构中医护理门诊近年来快速发展，建立中医护理门诊开展中医服务略见成效，后期应进一步加强中医护理内涵及人才梯队建设，健全相关政策法规及管理标准，加大基础设施建设投入，推进信息化建设，拓展中医护理线上服务。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To understand the current situation of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) nursing clinic in Gansu province,and to provide basis for the construction of TCM nursing clinic norms and standards in Gansu province. Methods:From October to December 2024,a self-designed questionnaire on the development of TCM nursing clinics was used to investigate the regional allocation, management and operation,personnel qualification,service development and charging,quality control and performance of outpatient environment of TCM medical institutions in Gansu province. Results:A total of 71 questionnaires were retrieved,and 57 were valid. The survey results showed that 50. 88 % of the hospitals opened TCM nursing clinics in the past five years, and only 27. 59% of the nurses were full-time. 48. 27%of the hospitals carried out more than 10 TCM appropriate technologies in TCM nursing clinics, and the average daily outpatient volume was up to more than 200 people, but the polarization was serious, 89. 65% of the hospitals were less than 50 people, and the disease coverage was wide,including pain,preventive treatment of disease,insomnia,constipation,etc. Only 13. 79% of the hospitals carried out online nursing services. Conclusions:The TCM nursing clinic of TCM medical institutions in Gansu province has developed rapidly in recent years. The establishment of TCM nursing clinic has achieved some results in the development of TCM services. In the later stage,the connotation of TCM nursing and the construction of talent echelon should be further strengthened, the relevant policies, regulations and management standards should be improved, the investment in infrastructure construction should be increased, the information construction should be promoted, and the online service of TCM nursing should be expanded.更多还原
