【摘要】 为促进“国土空间总体规划”教学更契合当下国土空间规划改革的新要求，培养符合国家发展战略和地方发展要求的规划人才，亟需通过优化课程体系、创新教学模式与方法，有效提升教学质量。文中基于新工科理念，结合行业新要求和学科发展新趋势，根据黑龙江工程学院应用型本科办学特色和专业特征，从“国土空间总体规划”学情和教情痛点出发，构建了“联”“融”“润”“聚”的课程教学创新总体思路，并从教学目标、教学情境、教学内容、课程思政及教学评价与反馈等方面，系统化、整体性地提出教学创新进路。通过教学创新，重塑了教学目标，实现了多元教学情境创设，融合与重构了教学内容，实现了思政内容多层次、成体系融入，多元化的教学方法提升了学生解决国土空间规划实际问题的能力，多样化评价体系的构建对教学持续优化形成了有力支撑。研究也为新时期“国土空间总体规划”课程及其它城乡规划专业课程的教学改革提出了新思路，对于有效提升城乡规划专业本科教育教学质量具有指导和借鉴意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to promote the teaching of Overall National Spatial Planning that is more in line with the new requirements of current national spatial planning reform, and to cultivate planning talents that are in line with national and local development needs, it is urgent to optimize the curriculum system, innovate teaching modes and methods, and effectively improve teaching quality.This article is based on the concept of new engineering disciplines, combined with new industry requirements and new trends in disciplinary development. Based on the characteristics and professional features of applied undergraduate education at Heilongjiang Institute of Technology, starting from the learning and teaching challenges in the field of Overall National Spatial Planning, it constructs an overall idea of “linkage”“integration”“lubrication”, and “aggregation” in course teaching innovation. It systematically and holistically proposes a teaching innovation approach from the aspects of teaching objectives, teaching situations, teaching content, ideological and political education, and teaching evaluation and feedback. Through teaching innovation, teaching objectives have been reshaped, diverse teaching scenarios have been created, teaching content has been integrated and reconstructed, and ideological and political content has been integrated into multiple levels and systems. Diversified teaching methods have enhanced students’ ability to solve practical problems in national spatial planning, and the construction of a diversified evaluation system has provided strong support for continuous optimization of teaching. The research also provides new ideas for the teaching reform of the course of Overall National Spatial Planning in the new era and other urban and rural planning courses, which have guiding and reference significance for effectively improving the quality of undergraduate education in urban and rural planning.更多还原
