【摘要】 在活动理论分析框架下，“高校创新创业教育”与“新质生产力发展”为两个相互嵌套且动态互动的活动系统。高校创新创业教育在服务国家发展战略、推动新质生产力形成等方面逐步形成了系统化的制度框架和平台机制，构成了高校创新创业教育赋能新质生产力发展的现实基础。当前高校创新创业教育仍面临理念落实不深、体系协同不足等多重现实问题，制约着赋能效果的进一步释放。随着新一轮科技革命和产业变革的加速演进，创新创业教育在赋能新质生产力发展方面展现出更大的潜力并亟需做出四个方面的调整：一是坚持教育、科技、人才“三位一体”的创新创业教育理念；二是健全思政、专业、产业、就业“四个融合”的创新创业教育体系；三是完善课程、实践、竞赛、孵化、赋能“五步培养”的创新创业教育模式；四是优化校内校外、国内国外“两个兼容”的创新创业教育生态。更多还原

【Abstract】 Promoting high-quality development through the advancement of new quality productive forcesis an essential requirement for building a modern socialist country in all respects. In this context, universi-ty-based innovation and entrepreneurship education plays an irreplaceable role in fostering these new produc-tive forces. This paper first draws on activity theory to elucidate the intrinsic connection between new qualityproductive forces and innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher education. It then analyzes both thepractical foundation and existing challenges of how such education empowers the development of new produc-tive forces. Building on this, the paper introduces the framework of an innovation ecosystem and constructs auniversity-centered innovation and entrepreneurship education ecosystem, thereby providing a theoretical logicfor understanding its enabling function. As a new wave of technological revolution and industrial transformationaccelerates, innovation and entrepreneurship education demonstrates even greater potential in driving the devel-opment of new productive forces—and urgently requires adjustments in four key areas:(1) embracing an inte-grated approach to education, science and technology, and talent development;(2) establishing a more cohesivesystem that integrates ideological-political education, disciplinary learning, industry engagement, and careerpreparation;(3) refining a five-stage education model that links coursework, practice, competitions, incubation,and long-term support; and(4) building an inclusive innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem that bridges in-ternal and external, domestic and global resources.更多还原
