【摘要】 “人工智能+”重塑现代服务业的业态、流程与价值，倒逼从业人员能力向复合化、高阶化、终身化跃迁。当前高职现代服务业类专业建设滞后，培养目标、课程体系和教学模式均与产业需求错位。基于教育适应、行动框架和发展现实三重逻辑，应从增强产教耦合、优化培养路径、强化人员支撑和完善制度体系四个方面系统推进专业调整，构建动态响应、能力为本、数据驱动的专业发展新生态，以提升高职教育对智能时代服务业转型升级的适应性与支撑力。更多还原

【Abstract】 The “AI +” model is reshaping the business forms, processes and values of modern service industries, compelling practitioners to make a leap in their capabilities towards complexity, sophistication and lifelong commitment. At present, the construction of modern service-oriented majors in higher vocational colleges lags behind, and the training objectives, curriculum systems and teaching models are all out of step with the demands of the industry. Based on the triple logic of educational adaptation, action framework and development reality, the adjustment of specialties should be systematically advanced from four aspects: enhancing the coupling of industry and education, optimizing the training path, strengthening personnel support and improving the institutional system, to build a new professional development ecosystem that is dynamically responsive, competency-based and data-driven, so as to enhance the adaptability and support of higher vocational education to the transformation and upgrading of the service industry in the intelligent era.更多还原
