采用视觉与增强现实的圆孔测量

【摘要】 针对平面圆孔孔径测量问题,提出一种基于霍夫梯度法的移动式平面圆孔孔径测量方法,有效兼顾了孔径测量精度和移动式测量优势,首先对输入的图像进行霍夫圆检测,对平面圆孔进行粗定位;然后以2倍粗定位像素直径提取出圆孔周围的图像信息,对提取的图像进行滤波和边缘检测,对检测的边缘使用最小二乘法进行椭圆拟合,从而获取像素坐标系下椭圆长轴长度和中心坐标;最后采用增强现实技术,对相机进行标定,得到相机的内外参,通过坐标系的变换可以得到真实世界的椭圆长轴长度;将本测量方法部署在HoloLens眼镜中,通过圆孔的测量实验来验证本方法的可行性,实验结果表明,能有效满足测量精度和移动式测量需求。

【Abstract】 Aiming at the problem of measuring the aperture of plane circular holes,a mobile plane circular hole aperture measurement method based on Hough gradient method is proposed,which effectively takes into account the aperture measurement accuracy and the advantages of mobile measurement. Coarse positioning is performed on the plane circular hole;then the image information around the circular hole is extracted with 2 times the coarse positioning pixel diameter,the extracted image is filtered and edge detected,and the detected edge is subjected to ellipse fitting using the least square method to obtain pixels. The length of the major axis and the center coordinate of the ellipse in the coordinate system;finally,the augmented reality technology is used to calibrate the camera,and the internal and external parameters of the camera are obtained. In glasses,the feasibility of the method is verified by the measurement experiment of the circular hole.The experimental results show that it can effectively meet the measurement accuracy and mobile measurement requirements.
