吊重槽内卡阻故障判断与电机控制方法研究

【摘要】 针对水电站闸门启闭机作业过中吊重发生槽内卡阻故障问题,使用一种张力差闭环模糊控制的吊重槽内卡阻判断方法。以钢丝绳张力差作为判断的依据,对吊重槽内卡阻状态进行判断;以钢丝绳两侧张力差为的输入,电机控制型号为输出,建立模糊控制器,控制起升电机运行,实现了槽内卡阻状态的实时检测与起升电机运转的同步控制。采用机电联合仿真的方法对吊重槽内卡阻模糊控制进行仿真验证,在RecurDyn中定义启闭机动力学模型的输入变量与输出变量,并与Matlab/Simulink的模糊控制器和控制系统之间形成闭环回路,实现了动力学模型与控制系统联合仿真。建立试验平台开展试验验证,仿真与试验结果表明,该方案可以实现水电站闸门启闭机智能化改造中的吊重入槽故障停车功能,在水电站闸门启闭机智能化关键技术中具有工程应用价值。

【Abstract】 In order to solve the problem of the stuck resistance in the lifting load of the gate hoist in hydropower station, a method of the stuck resistance in the lifting load groove with tension difference closed-loop fuzzy control is used.Based on the difference of wire rope tension, the state of stuck resistance in the lifting groove is judged.Taking the tension difference between the two sides of the wire rope as input and the motor control model as output, a fuzzy controller is established to control the operation of the lifting motor, and the real-time detection of the stuck resistance in the groove and the synchronous control of the operation of the lifting motor are realized.The mechanical and electrical co-simulation method is used to verify the fuzzy control of the stuck resistance in the lifting tank.The input variables and output variables of the opening and closing mechanical model are defined in RecurDyn, and the closed loop is formed between the fuzzy controller and the control system in Matlab/Simulink, and the joint simulation of the dynamic model and the control system is realized.The test platform is established to carry out the test verification.The simulation and test results show that the scheme can realize the fault shutdown function in the intelligent transformation of hydropower station gate hoist and hoist, and has engineering application value in the key intelligent technology of hydropower station gate hoist and hoist.
