纯机械式燃气自闭阀控制装置及凸轮优化设计
The Optimized Design of Mechanical Control Device for Gas Self-Closing Valve and its Cam Profile
【摘要】 根据燃气自闭阀对安全性的技术要求,设计了一款以凸轮为核心的纯机械结构的控制装置。介绍该装置的工作原理后,先根据工艺条件设计了凸轮轮廓曲线的数学表达式,再建立了凸轮机构在运行过程中的力学模型,在线性化后求得了该模型的近似解。在此基础上,结合遗传算法设计了适应度函数,然后对凸轮轮廓曲线的参数进行了最优化设计。基于样品的实验表明,用该方法设计的产品在控制精度和可靠性方面都高于国家标准,完全能满足实际应用要求。
【Abstract】 For the security requirement of gas self-closing valve,the pure mechanical structure of the control device with a cam is designed. The fundamental of the device is introduced and the expression of the cam profile is represented. When the mechanical model of the device is established,the approximate solution of which is achieved after linearization. Then the optimization of the cam contour curve is accomplished with the design of fitness function based on genetic algorithm. The sample-based experiments show that the adequate accuracy and reliability for the valves are available in the application with this design scheme and coincide with the national standard.
