考虑设备能耗耦合的制造价值流诊断与评价研究

【摘要】 针对传统设备能耗计算不考虑加工-物流耦合过程的问题,提出一种考虑设备能耗耦合过程的制造价值流诊断与评价体系,该体系包括诊断和评价两部分。首先,在诊断部分,提出一种融入工艺操作能耗和设备耦合过程能耗计算的新型能量价值流图(E-VSM,Energy-Value Stream Mapping)绘制和分析方法,通过该方法不仅对设备层面进行详细的划分,还解决了加工-物流能耗耦合过程的问题。其次,从能源节约的角度,提出一种精益改善项目的评价方法,构建精益能耗计算(LIECC,Lean Improvement Energy Consumption Calculation)框架模型,通过该模型可以计算生产设备的各种能耗,并且定义了一种面向设备生产的能耗评估方法,进而评价企业实施精益改善项目的能源节约效果。最后,基于提出的制造价值流诊断与评价体系对某公司连接件产品进行价值流诊断和评价,能够降低车间设备30%以上的能耗,表明了该方法对降低制造能耗具有显著的效果。

【Abstract】 A manufacturing value stream diagnosis and evaluation system considering the coupling process of equipment energy consumption is proposed to address the issue of traditional equipment energy consumption calculation not considering the processing logistics coupling process. The system includes two parts:diagnosis and evaluation. First of all,in the diagnosis part,a new drawing and analysis method of Energy Value Stream Mapping(E-VSM),which integrates the calculation of process operation energy consumption and equipment coupling process energy consumption,is proposed. Through this method,not only the equipment level is divided in detail,but also the problem of processing logistics energy consumption coupling process is solved. Secondly,from the perspective of energy conservation,an evaluation method for lean improvement projects is proposed,and a Lean Improvement Energy Consumption Calculation(LIECC)framework model is constructed. Through this model,various energy consumption of production equipment can be calculated,And defined an energy consumption evaluation method for equipment production,in order to evaluate the energy saving effect of implementing lean improvement projects in enterprises. Finally,based on the proposed manufacturing value stream diagnosis and evaluation system,the value stream diagnosis and evaluation of a company′s connector products can reduce the energy consumption of workshop equipment by more than 30%,indicating that this method has a significant effect on reducing manufacturing energy consumption.
