基于本体的轴类零件工艺路线的自动生成
Automatic Process Route Generation of Shaft Parts Based on Ontology
【摘要】 目前工艺路线主要通过人工交互方式来设计,结果的好坏依赖于工艺人员的技术水平和经验知识。为减少在工艺路线生成过程中经验化知识带来的不确定性以及数据共享效率不足等问题,借助本体技术在知识表示的准确性和知识共享与重用和知识推理等方面的显著优势,来实现轴类零件工艺路线的自动生成。首先,为了确定轴类零件工艺路线所需的关键术语,根据轴类零件结构建立工艺路线信息模型,表达层内信息与不同层次之间关系,为本体模型的建立奠定基础;其次,依据本体领域知识,将工艺路线信息模型转化成计算机可读可解释的本体模型,实现零件工艺信息的良好表达和数据有效存储与共享;然后,根据零件特征信息和工艺知识建立语义网规则语言(SWRL)规则库,通过工艺路线本体知识库和Protégé5.6工具推理生成最合理的工艺路线信息;最后,以轴类零件为实例展示该方法的工作过程,并验证了该方法的有效性。实验结果表明:提出的方法可以为轴类零件工艺路线生成提供参考,并可自动推理结果。
【Abstract】 At present, the process route is mainly designed by manual interaction, and the result depends on the technical competency and experience of the process personnel. In order to reduce the uncertainty caused by empirical knowledge in the process of process route generation and the insufficient efficiency of data sharing, the ontology technology, with significant advantages in the accuracy of knowledge representation, knowledge sharing and reuse and knowledge reasoning, is utilized to realize the automatic generation of process route for shaft parts. Firstly, in order to determine the key terms required for the process route of the shaft parts, the process route information model is established according to the structure of the shaft parts, and the relationship between the information in the layer and different levels is expressed, which lays a foundation for the establishment of the ontology model. Secondly, according to the ontology domain knowledge, the process route information model is transformed into a computer-readable and interpretable ontology model to realize the good expression of process information and the effective storage and sharing of data. Then, the semantic web rule language(SWRL) rules are established according to the part feature information and process knowledge, and the most reasonable process route information is generated through the process route ontology knowledge base and Protege 5.6 tool inference. Finally, the working process of the method is demonstrated by taking the shaft part as an example, and the effectiveness of the method is verified. The experimental results show that the proposed method can provide reference for the process route generation of shaft parts, and the results can be deduced automatically.
