采矿业产业链韧性与资源型城市高质量发展
Resilience of mining industry chain and high-quality development of resource-based cities
【摘要】 资源型城市高质量发展对促进区域协调发展、保障国家资源能源安全具有重要意义。采矿业是资源型城市的支柱产业,其产业链韧性与城市高质量发展紧密相关。为深入剖析采矿业产业链韧性与资源型城市高质量发展的关系,以2018—2022年106个地级资源型城市为研究对象,运用固定效应模型检验采矿业产业链韧性对资源型城市高质量发展水平的影响及其机制路径。结果表明:采矿业产业链韧性对资源型城市高质量发展具有显著的促进效应,且主要基于恢复重组能力和冲击适应能力对资源型城市高质量发展发挥作用;采矿业产业链韧性对成长型、成熟型和再生型城市高质量发展具有显著的正向影响,对衰退型城市高质量发展具有负向影响。研究为采矿业产业链韧性与资源型城市高质量发展关系提供了实证支持,并提出相关政策建议。
【Abstract】 The high-quality development of resource-based cities is of great significance for promoting coordinated regional development and ensuring national resource and energy security.The mining industry is the pillar industry of resource-based cities, and its industrial chain resilience is closely related to the high-quality development of these cities.To deeply explore the relationship between the mining industry chain resilience and the high-quality development of resource-based cities, this study takes 106 prefecture-level resource-based cities from 2018 to 2022 as research objects and employs the fixed effects model to test the impact of mining industry supply chain resilience on the high-quality development level of resource-based cities and its mechanism path.The results show that the resilience of the mining industry’s industrial chain has a significant positive effect on the high-quality development of resource-based cities, which mainly plays a role through the recovery and reorganization capabilities and shock adaption capabilities.The resilience of the mining industry’s industrial chain has a significant positive impact on the high-quality development of growing, mature, and regenerative cities, while it has a negative impact on the high-quality development of declining cities.This study provides empirical support for the relationship between the resilience of the mining industry’s industrial chain and the high-quality development of resource-based cities and puts forward relevant policy recommendations.
