一种新型的双亲性聚合物填料固相萃取测定水体中13种四环素类抗生素

【摘要】 目的 建立一种新型的多孔吸附聚合物材料制成固相萃取柱富集水体中13种四环素类抗生素。方法 以N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮和二乙烯基苯为原料,制备一种新型的双亲属性的多孔吸附聚合物材料(nanda amphiphilic material, NDAM)。比较使用NDAM制成的固相萃取柱与两款同类型商品化的固相萃取柱,对水体中四环素类抗生素进行富集后,并使用超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法进行检测。结果 3种固相萃取柱比较,NDAM固相萃取柱对10种目标物具有更好的富集效果。基于NDAM固相萃取柱,各目标分析物在较高的上样流速(20 mL/min)下富集效果良好,基质效应(绝对值)均小于10.7%。13种四环素类抗生素在5~100 ng/L质量浓度范围内线性关系良好,线性相关系数均大于0.99,方法检出限在质量浓度0.1~2 ng/L范围内,在3个加标浓度水平下回收率均在74.1%~100.5%范围内,RSD均小于8.4%。结论 应用该新型的多孔吸附聚合物材料制成的固相萃取柱,对水体中四环素类抗生素的富集效果较目前代表性的商品化柱子效果更好,该柱子成本低、性能好,针对水体中四环类抗生素的富集有较好的效果,具有良好的运用前景及推广价值。

【Abstract】 Objective To establish a method for the enrichment of 13 tetracycline antibiotics in water by using solid-phase extraction column made of a novel porous polymeric adsorbent material. Methods A novel amphiphilic porous polymeric adsorbent material, Nanda amphiphilic material(NDAM),was prepared with N-vinylpyrrolidone and divinylbenzene as raw materials.A comparison was made between the solid-phase extraction columns made of NDAM and two commercially available solid-phase extraction columns of the same type, for the enrichment of tetracycline antibiotics in water, followed by detection with ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry. Results Among the three solid-phase extraction columns compared, the NDAM solid-phase extraction column demonstrated superior enrichment efficiency for 10 target analytes.Based on the NDAM solid-phase extraction column, all target analytes exhibited good enrichment performance at a high loading flow rate(20 mL/min),with the matrix effects(absolute values) all below 10.7%.The 13 tetracycline antibiotics showed good linear relationships within the concentration range of 5-100 ng/L,with linear correlation coefficients all greater than 0.99.The detection limits of the method were within the concentration range of 0.1-2 ng/L.The recovery rates were within the range of 74.1%-100.5% at three spiked concentration levels, with relative standard deviations(RSD) all less than 8.4%. Conclusions The solid-phase extraction column made of this novel porous polymeric adsorbent material demonstrates superior enrichment efficiency for tetracycline antibiotics in water compared with the current representative commercial columns.With its low cost and excellent performance, this column shows great effectiveness in the enrichment of tetracyclic antibiotics in water, so it has promising prospects for application and promotion.
