【摘要】 大型科技公司是影响网络空间政治安全的关键变量。作为技术资本的重要主体，大型科技公司受资本增殖逻辑、扩张逻辑和权力逻辑的支配，其参与网络空间政治生活旨在实现价值增殖、规模扩张以及通过俘获政治权力来塑造有利于自身发展的政策环境。依托其在数据和技术上的优势，大型科技公司可能会通过控制政府获取的数据内容和网络空间内信息的传播方向、研发新型网络攻击技术和网络武器以及嵌入网络空间治理各个环节并使政治权力主体产生技术依赖等方式，对网络空间内的数据主权、政权稳定、政治制度以及主流意识形态造成侵蚀。为此，不仅需要加快制定法律法规，明确网络空间内数据的归属权和使用权，厘清政企合作的权责边界，还需要积极开展跨国合作，加强对大型科技公司的监管，构建网络空间人类命运共同体。更多还原

【Abstract】 Large tech companies are key variables influencing political security in cyberspace. As important entities of technological capital, large tech companies are governed by the logic of capital proliferation, expansion, and power. Their involvement in the political life of cyberspace aims to achieve value enhancement, scale expansion, and to shape a policy environment favorable to their development by capturing political power. Relying on their advantages in data and technology, large tech companies may erode data sovereignty, regime stability, political systems, and mainstream ideology in cyberspace by means such as controlling the data content that governments obtain and the dissemination direction of information in cyberspace, developing new types of cyber-attack technologies and weapons, and embedding themselves in various aspects of cyberspace governance to create a reliance on technology among political power entities. To cope with this situation, it is necessary not only to expedite the formulation of laws and regulations, clarifying the ownership and usage rights of data in cyberspace, and delineating the responsibilities and rights in government-business cooperation, but also to actively promote international cooperation, strengthen regulation of large tech companies, and build a community with a shared future in cyberspace.更多还原
