多巴胺改性聚丙烯非织造布抗静电性能的研究
Study on the Antistatic Properties of Dopamine-Modified Polypropylene Nonwoven Fabric
【摘要】 聚丙烯非织造布作为医用防护服的常用原料,对其进行抗静电功能整理是重要的生产环节。然而,常用的小分子型抗静电剂容易影响防护服的抗静水压性能。本研究采用多巴胺/3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷对聚丙烯非织造布进行亲水性改性。这两种物质在碱性环境下的自聚合产物可以通过氢键和物理缠结沉积在聚丙烯纤维的表面,从而赋予其稳定的亲水性,提升其抗静电性。研究表明,当多巴胺3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷的添加量分别为0.4g、0.8g,反应时间为24h时,聚丙烯无纺布的水接触角达到0度,表面电阻下降到1.7×1011Ω。
【Abstract】 Polypropylene nonwoven fabric, as a commonly used raw material for medical protective clothing,requires antistatic finishing as an important production step. However, commonly used small-molecule antistatic agents can easily affect the hydrostatic pressure resistance of protective clothing. In this study,dopamine/3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane was used to modify the hydrophilicity of polypropylene nonwoven fabric. The self-polymerization products of these two substances in an alkaline environment can deposit on the surface of polypropylene fibers through hydrogen bonding and physical entanglement, thereby imparting stable hydrophilicity and enhancing its antistatic properties. The research shows that when the addition amounts of dopamine and3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane are 0.4g and 0.8g, respectively, and the reaction time is 24 hours, the water contact angle of the polypropylene nonwoven fabric reaches 0 degrees, and the surface resistivity drops to 1.7×1011Ω.
