车轮扁疤对地铁轴箱轴承动态特性的影响分析
Analysis of the Influence of Wheel Flat Defect on Dynamic Characteristics of Subway Axle Box Bearing
【摘要】 为探究运行工况下地铁列车车轮扁疤对轴箱轴承的影响规律,建立了包含轴箱轴承的轨道-车辆耦合动力学模型。采用88号力元构建双列圆柱滚子轴承,通过Matlab生成了描述车轮半径偏差随着角度变化的散点来模拟扁疤激励,计算分析了轨道不平顺激励下不同扁疤长度及不同车辆运行速度对轴承径向力的影响。研究结果表明,同一扁疤下,最大轮轨垂向力随车速的增加先增大后减小;而同一车速下,最大轮轨垂向力随着扁疤尺寸的增加而增加;无轨道激励时,扁疤对最大轴承径向力的影响大于车速的影响;有轨道激励时,由于两种激励的耦合作用,轴承的振动随车速的变化更为剧烈。
【Abstract】 In order to explore the influence law of wheel flat defect of subway train wheel on axle box bearing under operating condition,a track-vehicle coupling dynamic model including axle box bearing is established. The 88thforce element is used to construct the double-row cylindrical roller bearing,and the scatter describing the wheel radius deviation with the change of Angle is generated by Matlab to simulate the wheel flat defect excitation. The influence of different wheel flat length and different vehicle running speed on the radial force of the bearing under the track irregularity excitation is calculated and analyzed. The results show that under the same wheel flat,the maximum wheel-rail vertical force firstly increases and then decreases with the increase of vehicle speed. At the same speed,the maximum wheel-rail vertical force increases with the increase of the size of wheel flat. In the absence of track excitation,the effect of wheel flat defect on maximum bearing radial force is greater than that of vehicle speed. When there is track excitation,the bearing vibration changes more violently with the speed because of the coupling effect of the two kinds of excitation.
