奥氏体不锈钢低温气体渗碳技术的研究进展

【摘要】 奥氏体不锈钢因其含碳量低、特殊的合金体系及组织特性,导致其硬度低、耐磨性差。通过低温气体渗碳技术,渗碳后的不锈钢表面会形成特殊的渗碳层,有效地提高了不锈钢表面的碳含量、表面硬度以及耐磨性,渗碳层中存在的残余压应力能够有效的改善不锈钢的疲劳性能。综述了国内外奥氏体不锈钢低温气体渗碳技术的研究现状,渗碳处理后的表面微观组织、耐腐蚀性能、耐磨性能、力学性能以及其他性能。

【Abstract】 Austenitic stainless steel has low hardness and poor wear resistance due to its low carbon content, special alloy system and microstructure characteristics. Through low temperature gas carburizing technology, a special carburized layer will be formed on the surface of the carburized stainless steel, which effectively improves the carbon content, surface hardness and wear resistance of the stainless steel surface. The residual compressive stress in the carburized layer can effectively improve the fatigue performance of the stainless steel. The research status of low temperature gas carburizing technology of the austenitic stainless steel at home and abroad, the surface microstructure, corrosion resistance, wear resistance, mechanical properties and other properties after carburizing treatment were reviewed.
