基于超星学习通的混合教学模式在“金属热处理原理与工艺”课程的改革与实践

【摘要】 “金属热处理原理与工艺”课程作为材料科学与工程、机械工程等专业的核心课程,具有理论抽象性强、工艺实践要求高的显著特点。针对传统教学中理论抽象性强、实践条件受限、课时紧张、互动性不足等问题,本研究基于超星学习平台,系统构建并实施了线上线下深度融合的混合式教学模式。该模式重构了“课前知识传递—课内知识内化与能力提升—课后知识巩固与延伸”的全过程教学环节,围绕热处理核心理论和关键工艺,整合开发了一系列优质的数字化教学资源,并设计实施了丰富多彩的线上线下融合互动活动。此次改革旨在提升学生学习自主性、课堂参与度、对固态相变、CCT和TTT曲线分析等抽象理论的理解深度以及热处理工艺制定、优化、失效分析等复杂工程问题的实际解决能力,为工科专业核心课程的教学改革提供一条具有参考价值的实践路径。

【Abstract】 As a core course for majors such as Materials Science and Engineering and Mechanical Engineering, “Principles and Technologies of Metal Heat Treatment” is characterized by highly abstract theories and demanding practical requirements. To address issues in traditional teaching-including theoretical abstraction, limited practical conditions, tight schedules, and insufficient interaction, this study has systematically constructed and implemented a deeply integrated online-offline blended teaching model based on the Superstar Learning Platform. This model restructures the entire teaching process into “pre-class knowledge transfer, in-class knowledge internalization and competency enhancement, and post-class knowledge consolidation and extension.” Centered on core heat treatment theories and key processes, it integrates and develops a series of high-quality digital teaching resources while designing and implementing diverse interactive activities that fuse online and offline elements. The reform aims to enhance students’ autonomous learning, classroom engagement, depth of understanding of abstract theories(such as solid-state phase transformations, CCT and TTT curve analysis), and practical problem-solving abilities for complex engineering issues(including heat treatment process formulation, optimization, and failure analysis). It offers a valuable practical pathway for pedagogical reform in core engineering courses.
