氟石膏-熟料-矿渣三元复合胶凝材料水化机理研究

【摘要】 为解决水泥胶结尾矿砂充填性能不足、材料成本高等工程应用问题,研究旨在开发一种新型氟石膏-熟料-矿渣粉三元复合型尾砂胶结充填胶凝材料(FCSCM),有效提升充填体性能和经济性的同时,促进工业固废在金属矿山充填领域的资源化利用。通过FCSCM胶结尾砂充填体抗压强度、FCSCM净浆水化产物种类及形貌分析,揭示了氟石膏对FCSCM胶结强度发展及水化产物特性的影响。试验结果表明:在矿渣粉比例一定时,随着氟石膏比例的增加,FCSCM胶结充填体强度呈现先增加后降低的趋势;当氟石膏掺量为15%时,相比无石膏组,充填体3、28 d强度分别提高104.3%和63.6%。微观分析结果表明:氟石膏的加入有利于促进矿渣中的活性Al2O3反应,生成针棒状钙矾石(AFt),抑制Al2O3向C-(A)-S-H转化;针棒状AFt与C-(A)-S-H互相包裹搭接,形成致密的立体空间结构,促进了FCSCM早期强度的快速发展。研究结果为氟石膏在矿渣基胶凝材料中的应用提供了理论依据,为制备新型低碳尾砂胶结充填材料提供了新的方案。

【Abstract】 In order to solve the engineering application problems of insufficient filling performance and high material cost of cement-bonded tailings,the research aims to develop a new type of fluorogypsum-clinker-slag powder ternary composite tailings cemented filling cementitious material(FCSCM),which can effectively improve the performance and economy of the filling body,and promote the resource utilization of industrial solid waste in the filling field of metal mines. Through the analysis of the compressive strength of FCSCM cemented tailings backfill,the type and morphology of hydration products of FCSCM paste,the influence of fluorgypsum on the development of FCSCM cementation strength and the characteristics of hydration products is revealed. The test results show that when the proportion of slag powder is constant,the strength of FCSCM cemented backfill increases first and then decreases with the increase of the proportion of fluorgypsum. When the content of fluorogypsum is 15%,compared with the non-gypsum group,the 3 d and 28 d strength of the filling body is increased by 104. 3% and 63. 6%,respectively. The results of microscopic analysis show that the addition of fluorogypsum is beneficial to promote the reaction of active Al2O3 in slag,generate needle-like ettringite(AFt),and inhibit the conversion of Al2O3 to C-(A)-S-H. The needle-like AFt and C-(A)-S-H are wrapped and lapped with each other to form a dense three-dimensional spatial structure,which promotes the rapid development of early strength of FCSCM. The research results provide a theoretical basis for the application of fluorogypsum in slag-based cementitious materials,and provide a new scheme for the preparation of new low-carbon tailings cemented filling materials.
