中子散射电场装置热能平台设计及稳态热分析
Design and Steady-State Thermal Analysis of Thermal Energy Platform for Neutron Scattering Electric Field Device
【摘要】 温度控制是中子散射实验样品环境的重要组成部分,其合理的结构设计有利于热传导以保证试验有效开展。本研究设计了一种中子散射实验用高压电场装置热能交换平台,通过ANSYS Workbench对该结构进行稳态热分析,得到平台工作时温度分布情况,评估其设计的合理性,并通过试验来验证仿真模型的正确性。结果表明样品区域的理论与试验温差恒定在3℃,该装置目前已成功在中国散裂中子源进行线下测试,为进一步研发具有精准温度控制的高压电场装置提供重要依据。
【Abstract】 Temperature control is essential for sample environments in neutron scattering experiments. A reasonable structural design is conducive to heat conduction and ensures that the experiments can be carried out effectively.A heat exchange platform for an in-house developed high voltage electric field device used in neutron scattering measurements is designed. Steady-state thermal analysis is performed on the design through ANSYS Workbench to obtain the temperature distribution of the heat exchange platform during operation. The rationality of its design is evaluated and verified through experiments to ensure the accuracy of the simulation model. The error between the calculated results and the actual test results is within 3℃. The device has been successfully tested in the China Spallation Neutron Source, providing an important basis for the further development of the electric field sample environment device with accurate temperature control.
