云平台下智能控制黑板擦系统的设计与实现

【摘要】 针对当前智能黑板擦设计复杂、实现成本高、推广难度大等问题,本文提出基于云平台的智能控制黑板擦系统的设计思路。采用物联网层次化的设计思路,感知层采用STM32F103RCT6TR处理器芯片对黑板擦控制板中的步进电机驱动电路、信息显示电路、数据存储电路、按键控制电路等进行信息感知和控制;网络层采用ESP12-F芯片进行了Wi-Fi无线网络连接,实现开发板与云平台的通信与数据交互;应用层采用Android技术开发了专用APP程序,实现了人机界面与开发板的数据同步,可直观地远程控制黑板擦的运动。通过智能控制演示装置测试,该系统实现了黑板擦的高效擦拭,具有操作便捷、环保、设计成本低、易于推广等特点。

【Abstract】 To address the current issues of complex design, high implementation costs, and difficulties in promotion of intelligent blackboard erasers, this paper proposes a cloud platform-based intelligent control system for blackboard erasers. Adopting a hierarchical IoT design approach, the perception layer utilizes the STM32F103RCT6TR processor chip to perceive and control circuits such as the stepper motor drive, information display, data storage circuit, and key control in the eraser control board. The network layer employs the ESP12-F chip for Wi-Fi wireless connectivity, enabling communication and data interaction between the development board and the cloud platform. The application layer develops a dedicated App using Android technology, providing a human-machine interface synchronized with the development board for intuitive remote control of the eraser’s movement. Through testing on an intelligent control demonstration device, efficient erasure was achieved. It features user-friendly operation,environmental friendliness, low design costs, and high promotability.
