【摘要】 为解决高校多角色并存、数据分散、系统间协同不足等身份管理难题，本文提出并实践了高校身份治理平台方案。平台依托浙江大学数据中台，整合多源权威数据，围绕身份数据治理、数据管理与数据服务三大模块，构建标准统一、可编排的高质量身份数据服务体系。实践表明，平台有效提升了身份数据一致性与时效性，支撑了多系统统一接入与权限配置，推动高校协同管理与治理能力提升。更多还原

【Abstract】 To address the challenges of identity management in universities—such as the coexistence of multiple roles, dispersed data sources, and insufficient system collaboration—this paper proposes and implements an identity governance platform tailored to higher education. Leveraging the data middle platform of Zhejiang University, the platform integrates authoritative data sources and focuses on three core modules: identity data governance, data management, and data services. It establishes a standardized,orchestratable, and high-quality identity data service system. Practical results demonstrate that the platform significantly improves the consistency and timeliness of identity data, supports unified system access and permission configuration, and enhances coordinated management and refined governance capabilities in universities.更多还原
