【Abstract】 The construction of rural spiritual civilization is an important support for promoting rural modernization. Deepening the supply-side structural reform of rural spiritual civilization and improving the match between supply and demand will help better meet the people’s spiritual and cultural needs. On the new journey of the new era and in the face of the new changes in farmers’ spiritual and cultural demands, the supply in rural spiritual civilization construction faces a series of risks, including blurred providers, formalized content, downgraded methods, and fragmented mechanisms.
