【摘要】 行业导师在专业学位研究生教育中扮演着连接学术研究与产业实践的关键角色，对培养国家关键领域所需的高层次人才、提升研究生的创新实践能力、增强就业竞争力具有重要意义。然而，当前行业导师普遍面临“象征性存在”的问题。通过分析中国C9高校的管理制度发现，当前行业导师政策正处于从形式建立向实质嵌入过渡的关键发展阶段，存在的“悬浮”现象是制度演进过程中的阶段性特征。首先，学术场域与产业场域逻辑差异造成的权力层面悬浮，从平行走向互补；其次，政产学研缺乏协同引发的角色层面悬浮，从冲突走向协调；最后，产学评价体系分离形成的价值层面悬浮，从分离走向共融。未来可从政策、角色和价值三维度整体协同对行业导师制度进行系统性重构。具体路径包括：顶层设计协同，提升行业导师的资质标准；育人能力生成，增强行业导师的角色认同；荣誉体系构建，提升行业导师的价值归属。该重构路径旨在促使行业导师制度从悬浮到融合，提升行业导师队伍建设、育人能力和工作投入，推动专业学位研究生教育质量跃升。更多还原

【Abstract】 Industry mentors play a crucial role in connecting academic research with industrial practice in professional degree graduate education, significantly contributing to the cultivation of high-level talents in key national fields, the enhancement of graduates’ innovative practical abilities, and the strengthening of their employment competitiveness. However, industry mentors currently face widespread "institutional invisibility." An analysis of the management systems of China’s C9 universities reveals that the current industry mentor policy is in a critical developmental stage transitioning from formal establishment to substantive integration, with the existing ’suspension’ phenomenon being a transitional feature in the process of institutional evolution. First, the divergent logics of the academic and industrial fields lead to power suspension; second, the lack of embeddedness and collaboration among government, industry, academia, and research results in role suspension; and finally, the separation of industry-academia evaluation systems leads to value suspension. Reconstruction of the industry mentor system can be approached from three dimensions: policy coordination, role coordination, and value coordination. Specific pathways include: synergistic top-level design to raise qualification standards for industry mentors; development of educational capacity to strengthen their role identity; and construction of an honor system to enhance their sense of value belonging. This reconstruction aims to transition the industry mentor system from suspension to integration, thereby improving the development of industry mentor teams, their educational capacity, and work engagement, and ultimately promoting a leap in the quality of professional degree graduate education.更多还原
