高校教学和科研组织的数字时空互嵌模式再造
Reconstruction of Digital Space-time Embeddedness Model in Teaching and Scientific Research Organizations of Colleges and Universities
【摘要】 现有高校教学与科研组织的设计模式阻碍了彼此的互动,强化了职能分化,教学与科研组织“此消彼长”的实践逻辑进一步强化了教学与科研组织的失衡,滞碍了教学目标的实现。高校教学与科研组织的目标、技术、结构、价值等内部要素存在着组织目标的传播性与生产性困境、组织技术的稳定性与灵活性困境、组织结构的紧密性与松散性困境、组织价值的保守性与开放性困境。因此,高校教学和科研组织融合需要数字化技术赋能,实现价值协商、促进目标交融、强化技术关联、突破结构壁垒,推动高校教学与科研组织之间深度融合,实现教学和科研组织的数字时空互嵌模式再造,继而实现知识生产和知识传授的融合发展。
【Abstract】 The existing organizational design of teaching and scientific research in colleges and universities hinders the interaction between each other. It strengthens the organizational unbalance of teaching and scientific research drift and hinders the realization of teaching goals. Regarding to the internal factors such as the goal, technology, structure and value, there are dilemmas between the teaching and scientific research organization in colleges and universities: producibility and propagation dilemma of organization goal, stability and flexibility dilemma of organization technology, looseness and tightness dilemma of organization structure, conservation and openness dilemma of organization value. Therefore, the organizational integration needs to be based on digital technology to achieve value negotiation, promote the integration of objectives, strengthen technological linkages, break through structural barriers, and promote the deep integration between teaching and scientific research organizations in colleges and universities, so as to realize the reconstruction of space-time embeddedness model of teaching and scientific research organizations.
