家纺面料的茜草色素染色研究

【摘要】 为了开发红色谱染色家纺面料,文章选择了茜草提取天然染料,通过正交试验和单因素试验优化确定铝媒工艺和红色谱染色工艺。铝前媒的最优工艺条件如下:明矾质量浓度为4 g/L,浴比为1∶50,温度为90℃,时间为30 min;茜草提取色素的红色谱染色工艺条件如下:pH为8.00~9.00,浴比为1∶50,温度为60℃,时间为60 min。染色织物的皂洗沾色和干摩擦色牢度均在4级以上,当染料质量分数不高于3.0%时,皂洗褪色和湿摩擦色牢度均能达到3级。

【Abstract】 In order to develop red spectrum dyed home textile fabrics, this paper selectes natural dye extracted from madder,optimizes the aluminum medium process and red spectrum dyeing process through orthogonal experiment and single factor experiment. The optimal process conditions for aluminum precursor are as follows: mass concentration of alum is 4 g/L,bath ratio is 1∶50, temperature is 90 ℃, time is 30 minutes; the red spectrum dyeing process for extracting pigments from madder is as follows: pH is 8.00~9.00, bath ratio is 1∶50, temperature is 60 ℃, time is 60 minutes. The soap washing stain fastness and dry rubbing color fastness of dyed fabrics are both above level 4, and when the mass fraction of the dye is not higher than 3.0%, both soap washing fading fastness and wet abrasion color fastness can reach level 3.
