不同环境剖面次序对某自动步枪可靠性影响分析
Influence of Different Environmental Profile Orders on Reliability of Automatic Rifle
【摘要】 目的 量化分析不同环境剖面次序对自动步枪可靠性的影响。方法 以某小口径自动步枪为试验对象,按照常温、低温、盐雾、高温、浸河水、扬尘环境剖面顺序开展试验,统计不同环境剖面时序组合下的故障数据,建立寿命周期内累计故障预测模型,分析获得不同环境剖面次序对自动步枪可靠性的影响显著度。结果 不同环境剖面时序组合下,自动步枪的故障数差别较大,不同环境剖面的次序对自动步枪可靠性的影响程度不同。结论 扬尘对后续剖面的次序效应最为显著,常温次序效应最不显著,高温和低温两剖面易受其余剖面的影响。
【Abstract】 The work aims to quantitatively analyze the influence of different environmental profile orders on the reliability of automatic rifles. With a small-caliber automatic rifle as the test object, experiments were conducted in the order of normal temperature, low temperature, salt spray, high temperature, immersion water, and fugitive dust environment profiles. Failure data under different combinations of environmental profile orders were statistically analyzed, a cumulative failure prediction model within the life cycle was established, and the influence degree of different environmental profile orders on the reliability of automatic rifle was obtained through analysis. The test results showed that the number of automatic rifle failures varied significantly under different combinations of environmental profile orders, and the order of different environmental profiles had different degrees of influence on the reliability automatic rifles. Therefore, fugitive dust environment has the most significant sequential effect on subsequent profiles, while normal temperature has the least significant effect. High-temperature and low-temperature profiles are prone to being affected by other profiles.
