血管腔内超声虚拟组织学在下肢动脉血管腔内重建术预后判断中的作用
The clinical value of intravascular ultrasound virtual histology in predicting the outcome of endovascular reconstruction of the lower limb arteries
【摘要】 血管内超声(intravascular ultrasound, IVUS)是一种基于超声技术在血管管腔内进行成像的技术,已广泛用于冠状动脉疾病的诊断和介入治疗。血管腔内超声虚拟组织学(intravascular ultrasound virtual histology, IVUS-VH)是通过超声信号遇到不同病理组织反射的回波信号频谱定性分析动脉内病变的组成,可为心血管腔内介入治疗提供重要的参考信息。近年来,IVUS-VH在下肢动脉血管重建术中的应用也逐渐受到关注,特别是在预后判断方面,IVUS-VH可能存在一定的价值。该文介绍了IVUS-VH在下肢动脉血管重建术中的应用,重点讨论其在预后判断中的价值。
【Abstract】 Intravascular ultrasound(IVUS) is an ultrasound-based endovascular imaging technique, which has been widely used for the diagnosis and interventional treatment of coronary artery diseases.Intravascular ultrasound virtual histology(IVUS-VH) can qualitatively analyze the composition of intraarterial lesions according to the echo signal spectrum reflected by different pathological tissues, providing important reference information for cardiac and endovascular interventional procedures.In recent years, the application of IVUS-VH in lower extremity arterial revascularization has gradually attracted clinical attention.Especially, IVUS-VH may have certain value in predicting the prognosis.This article describes the application of IVUS-VH in lower extremity arterial revascularization, focusing on its value in predicting the prognosis.
