Excel在具有重复观测值双因素方差分析中的应用

【摘要】 在试验设计中,经常遇到两个因素共同影响试验结果的情况。在进行方差分析时,需要考虑这两个因素的主效应和因素间的互作效应。其中,Excel“数据分析”工具栏中“方差分析:可重复双因素分析”模块能够对考虑交互作用的双因素进行方差分析。本文利用Excel(2016),以实际案例详细阐述了具有重复观测值双因素方差分析的具体操作过程。从数据的建立、过程的分析与矫正、结果分析等方面来看,利用Excel进行具有重复观测值双因素方差分析操作比较方便且结果直观明了。

【Abstract】 In the process of experimental design, it is common to encounter two factors that affect the test results. When performing ANOVA, it is necessary to consider the main effect of these two factors and the interaction between the factors. The ANOVA: Repeatable Two-Factor Analysis module in the Data Analysis toolbar in Excel enables ANOVA to perform ANOVA on two-factor analysis that takes into account interactions. This paper discusses the specific application of Excel in two-way ANOVA with repeated observations, and elaborates the specific operation process of two-way ANOVA with repeated observations with practical examples. From the perspective of data establishment, process analysis and correction, and result analysis, it is relatively convenient to use Excel to perform two-way ANOVA with repeated observations, and the results are intuitive and clear.
