【Abstract】 In the process of experimental design, it is common to encounter two factors that affect the test results. When performing ANOVA, it is necessary to consider the main effect of these two factors and the interaction between the factors. The ANOVA: Repeatable Two-Factor Analysis module in the Data Analysis toolbar in Excel enables ANOVA to perform ANOVA on two-factor analysis that takes into account interactions. This paper discusses the specific application of Excel in two-way ANOVA with repeated observations, and elaborates the specific operation process of two-way ANOVA with repeated observations with practical examples.
