【摘要】 目的 采用沙库巴曲缬沙坦联合苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗原发性高血压，探究其血压控制效果及对血管内皮功能的影响。方法 选择2022年8至2024年8月收治的60例原发性高血压患者随机分为两组。对照组(n=30)仅接受苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗；观察组(n=30)接受沙库巴曲缬沙坦联合苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗。两组患者均服药8周。结果 观察组患者收缩压及舒张压均低于对照组(t=3.664,3.605,P<0.05)。治疗8周后，观察组患者NO高于对照组，ET-1和AngII低于对照组(t=3.041,9.072,5.388,P<0.05)。两组患者总不良反应比较差异无统计学意义(χ~2=2.098,P>0.05)。结论 沙库巴曲缬沙坦联合苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗原发性高血压效果确切，能提升改善血管内皮功能，且联合用药安全可靠。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the blood pressure control effect and its impact on endothelial function and hemorheology of patients with primary hypertension treated with sacubitril/valsartan combined with amlodipine.Method Sixty patients with primary hypertension admitted from August 2022 to August 2024 were divided into two groups.The control group(n=30) only received treatment with amlodipine besylate; The observation group(n=30) received treatment with sacubitril/valsartan and amlodipine besylate.Both groups of patients took medication for 8 weeks.Result After 8 weeks of treatment, both systolic and diastolic blood pressure in the observation group were lower(t=3.664,3.605,P<0.05).After 8 weeks of treatment, the observation group had higher levels of NO,and lower levels of ET-1 and AngII than the control group(t=3.041,9.072,5.388,P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total adverse reactions between the two groups of patients(χ~2=2.098,P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of sacubitril/valsartan with amlodipine is effective in treating primary hypertension, improving endothelial function.The combination therapy is safe and reliable.更多还原
