【摘要】 全民健身公共服务是实施“体育强国”和“健康中国”战略的重要基石与关键举措。本研究从数字技术赋能的视角出发，在深刻分析全民健身高质量发展的时代内涵与逻辑遵循的基础上，深刻把握数字技术赋能全民健身公共服务高质量发展的现实困境和实践向度。研究认为，数字技术赋能全民健身公共服务高质量发展有其深厚的逻辑遵循，其理论逻辑是国家政策导向与数字技术融合发展的必然趋势，其现实逻辑是经济持续发展为数字技术赋能提供了客观条件，其立场逻辑是新时代群众对全民健身提出了数字化的发展需求。在数字技术赋能全民健身公共服务高质量发展取得卓越成绩的同时也存在现实困境，包括政策制度不完善、技术普及程度不均匀和复合型人才短缺等。基于此，提出了完善政策法规、减小供需差距、培养数字人才和多元主体协同的实践向度。更多还原

【Abstract】 The public services of national fitness serve as a crucial cornerstone and key initiative for implementing the strategies of "Building a Leading Sports Nation" and "Healthy China." From the perspective of digital technology empowerment, this study delves into the contemporary connotation and logical foundations of high-quality development in national fitness, while thoroughly examining the practical challenges and pathways for digital technology to enhance the high-quality development of national fitness public services. The research suggests that digital technology’s empowerment of high-quality national fitness public services is deeply rooted in logical principles. The theoretical logic lies in the inevitable trend of integrating national policy orientation with digital technology development. The practical logic stems from sustained economic growth providing objective conditions for digital technology empowerment. The standpoint logic reflects the rising digital demands of the people in the new era. Despite remarkable achievements, several practical challenges remain, including incomplete policies and regulations, uneven technological dissemination, and a shortage of interdisciplinary talents. Accordingly, this study proposes four key pathways for practice: enhancing policy and legal frameworks, reducing the gap between service supply and public demand,cultivating digital talent, and promoting multistakeholder collaboration.更多还原
