信息化技术促进食品工程原理课程改革实践研究

【摘要】 融合信息技术的智慧教学模式在推动食品工程原理课程改革和教学创新方面具有重要应用潜力。本文从提升教师信息化教学能力的角度出发,分析了食品工程原理课程的教学现状,探讨了教师在信息化认知和应用能力方面的不足及其带来的问题与挑战。通过研究信息化技术在教学实践中的应用,提出了如何将信息化技术有效融合到食品工程原理课程中,并构建符合课程内容和人才培养要求的智慧教学模式实施路径,最终实现教学质量和学生能力的双重提升。

【Abstract】 The integration of information technology into the smart teaching model holds significant potential for driving the reform and innovation of the Principles of Food Engineering course. The current status of teaching in the "Principles of Food Engineering" course was analyzed from the perspective of enhancing teachers’ information-based teaching competence. The deficiencies in teachers’ knowledge and application abilities regarding information technology, as well as the issues and challenges these deficiencies brought, were discussed. Through studying the application of information technology in teaching practice,methods for effectively integrating information technology into the Principles of Food Engineering course were proposed,along with the construction of an implementation path for a smart teaching model that meets the course content and student development requirements,ultimately leading to enhanced teaching quality and improved student capabilities.
