【Abstract】 The integration of information technology into the smart teaching model holds significant potential for driving the reform and innovation of the Principles of Food Engineering course. The current status of teaching in the "Principles of Food Engineering" course was analyzed from the perspective of enhancing teachers’ information-based teaching competence. The deficiencies in teachers’ knowledge and application abilities regarding information technology, as well as the issues and challenges these deficiencies brought, were discussed. Through studying the application of information technology in teaching practice,methods for effectively integrating information technology into the Principles of Food Engineering course were proposed,along with the construction of an implementation path for a smart teaching model that meets the course content and student development requirements,ultimately leading to enhanced teaching quality and improved student capabilities.更多还原
