【摘要】 本科生导师制是提升人才培养质量的有效途径，很多地方院校结合自身实际，相继实施了本科生导师制。但是在执行该项制度过程中，地方院校面临诸多现实困境，主要表现为运行机制不完善、不顺畅，导致该制度无法真正发挥作用。针对地方院校本科生导师制实践存在的问题，本研究构建了“校院师生”协同联动育人机制，以“育教统一”为导向，从师生参与、制度建设、机制健全、改进机制四个维度出发，提出了优化路径。更多还原

【Abstract】 The undergraduate mentorship system is an effective way to enhance the quality of talent cultivation. Many local colleges and universities have successively implemented the undergraduate mentorship system in light of their own realities. However, in the process of implementing this system, local colleges and universities are confronted with many practical difficulties, mainly manifested in the imperfect and unsmooth operation mechanism, which leads to the system being unable to truly play its role. In response to the problems existing in the practice of the undergraduate mentorship system in local colleges and universities, this study has established a collaborative and interactive education mechanism involving "universities, colleges, teachers and students". Guided by the principle of "unity of education and training", it has proposed optimization paths from four dimensions: teacher and student participation, system construction, mechanism improvement, and mechanism enhancement.更多还原
