【Abstract】 In the new era,engineering talents need to adapt to the rapid development of engineering and technology fields. The cultivation of interdisciplinary, innovative thinking, transfer thinking, humanistic awareness, and international perspective is a common demand for composite engineering talents. General education in engineering colleges is committed to cultivating the comprehensive literacy of engineering talents,and its effective combination with professional training can assist in implementing the new engineering concept and cultivating engineering talents. Based on the existing research and practice of Chinese style general education,taking biology general education courses as samples, explore the integration path of new engineering concepts,general education, and engineering talent cultivation. Firstly, the mapping relationship between general biology courses and core elements of new engineering and general education was analyzed. A brief analysis was conducted on the application of diversified curriculum construction groups, the combination of general and specialized knowledge points, the “model set”, and the teaching method set in the construction of biology general education courses. To provide ideas for constructing a potential path of general education course teaching mode that conforms to the laws of engineering talent cultivation.更多还原
