【摘要】 为探讨“双一流”建设背景下本科创新人才分类培养模式实践路径，本研究阐述了双一流创建背景下创新人才培养的作用与价值及存在的问题，并有针对性地提出了优化策略。研究表明，通过明确人才培养目标，建立多层次分类培养体系、优化课程设置，灵活调整培养方案、提升师资力量与资源配置，保障分类培养的有效性、构建多元化评价体系，强化人才分类培养成果等策略实施，可全面提升本科创新人才分类培养质量，为高校创新人才培养改革提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to explore the practice path of the classified training mode of undergraduate innovative talents under the background of "double first-class" construction, this study elaborated the role, value and existing problems of innovative talents training under the background of "double first-class" construction, and put forward optimization strategies. The research shows that the classification training quality of undergraduate innovative talents can be comprehensively improved by clarifying the talent training objectives, establishing a multi-level classification training system, optimizing the curriculum, flexibly adjusting the training program, improving the teacher strength and resource allocation, ensuring the effectiveness of classification training, constructing a diversified evaluation system, and strengthening the results of talent classification training.
