【摘要】 导师与研究生之间双向互动、相互影响、彼此联系，形成了共同科研、相互合作的特殊师生关系。基于研究生视角，通过3711份研究生调查问卷结果分析，得出导学关系总体现状良好、良师益友型关系是导学关系的主导、不同类型的导学关系会有不同的分歧、导学互动的内容和形式较为单一的结论。从研究生个体、导师个体、导学互动情况三方面分析导学关系影响因素，针对导学之间出现的学术矛盾、代际矛盾、价值矛盾、时间矛盾等，提出导学关系改善和良性发展要从双方主体性地位出发的思路，拓展科研育人路径，建议完善体制机制促进导学关系制度化科学化生活化，高质量开展导学关系建设工作。更多还原

【Abstract】 The relationship between supervisors and postgraduate students is characterized by mutual interaction, influence, and connection, forming a special teacher-student relationship of joint research and cooperation. Based on the perspective of postgraduate students, through the analysis of 3,711 postgraduate student questionnaires,it is concluded that the overall status of the supervisor-student relationship is good, the mentorfriend type of relationship is dominant, different types of supervisor-student relationships have different conflicts,and the content and form of supervisor-student interaction are relatively monotonous. The influencing factors of the supervisor-student relationship are analyzed from three aspects: individual postgraduate students, individual supervisors, and the situation of supervisor-student interaction. In response to the academic, generational, value,and time conflicts that occur between supervisors and students, it is proposed that the improvement and healthy development of the supervisor-student relationship should start from the subject status of both parties, expand the path of scientific research education, and suggest improving the system and mechanism to promote the institutionalization, scientification, and life orientation of the supervisor-student relationship, and carry out the construction of the supervisor-student relationship in a high-quality manner.更多还原
