【摘要】 党的二十大明确教育强国、科技强国、人才强国等强国建设战略目标和任务,亟需大量创新型人才和智力支撑。针对新工科背景下给排水专业创新拔尖人才培养体系不完善的现状,基于产教融合和科教融汇下,从创新创业教育课程体系的构建和优化,优质创新创业教育师资团队打造、多主体协同创新创业实践平台建设等方面进行创新拔尖人才培养的探索与实践,从校企联合角度提出构建“双主体-三驱动-四维度-五提升”可复制的创新拔尖人才培育模式,为给排水专业改革和人才培养质量提升提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 The 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China has set clear strategic goals for strengthening the nation through education, technology, and talent, emphasizing the need for innovative talents and intellectual support. Given the inadequacies in the current innovation and top-notch talent training system for water supply and drainage under the new engineering context, efforts are being made to improve this through curriculum optimization, teacher team building, and multi-stakeholder practice platforms. A replicable model for cultivating innovative talents, featuring “dual-entities, three-drives, four-dimensions, and five-enhancements,” is proposed from a university-enterprise cooperation perspective, offering a reference for reforming the water supply and drainage major and enhancing talent cultivation quality.更多还原
