【Abstract】 With the rapid development of the scale and types of graduate education, the role of supervision in the cultivation of high-level talents has become increasingly important. Based on an analysis of the new issues arising in current graduate supervision work, this article proposes that in the construction of the supervisory team,it is essential to strengthen the training of graduate supervisors to meet the new requirements of graduate education in the new era. In response to new challenges such as professional degree programs and the internationalization of graduate education, the article explores new ideas and models, shifting from primarily internal supervision to external supervision, with a focus on “supervision” and support from “guidance” combining offline and online approaches.更多还原
