【摘要】 随着社会和产业的不断发展及变革，企业对人才的培养提出了更高的需求。在新工科背景下，现有的教育方式存在着高校培养的人才无法满足企业需求，企业对参与工程人才的培养积极性不高等诸多问题。为更好地满足国家及行业对高素质复合型人才的需要，打破企业和高校之间的壁垒，哈尔滨工程大学依托重大科研平台提出一种校企协同育人的教育新模式。该模式探索并实践了校企联合、产学研一体化的人才培养新思路，最大限度地提升高校与企业之间的协同发展，实现双方优势资源的共享利用。更多还原
