【摘要】 民办高校校企合作协同育人作为一个跨学科、跨部门和跨领域的复杂问题，需充分调动各方力量形成教育合力，并协调好各利益相关者的利益诉求与产权安排。民办高校校企合作协同育人正面临利益相关者缺乏内生动力、政府政策支持乏力、合作运行面临较大阻力和校企合作难以持续发力等现实困境。民办高校要破除校企合作“壁炉现象”,需重视合作产权，保护合作权益；加强政府引导，确保合作运行；促进资源融合，推动跨界合作；强化制度激励和动态评价，建构完善的校企合作协同育人机制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Collaborative education between private universities and enterprises is a complex issue that spans disciplines, departments, and sectors.Addressing it requires mobilizing all stakeholders to form a synergistic educational effort while carefully balancing their diverse interests and property rights arrangements.Private colleges and universities are facing practical difficulties such as the lack of endogenous motivation of stakeholders, the lack of government policy support, the great resistance to cooperative operation, and the difficulty of sustainable school-enterprise cooperation.It is a feasible way to break through the "fireplace phenomenon" by attaching importance to cooperative property rights, protecting cooperative rights and interests, strengthening government guidance, ensuring cooperative operation, promoting resource integration, promoting cross-border cooperation, strengthening supervision and assessment, and attaching importance to dynamic evaluation, so as to build a perfect school-enterprise cooperation and collaborative education mechanism.更多还原
