研究生导师立德树人职责履行之提升空间及路径——基于《关于全面落实研究生导师立德树人职责的意见》的调研

【摘要】 立德树人是研究生导师的首要职责。教育部《关于全面落实研究生导师立德树人职责的意见》明确了研究生导师立德树人的职责及举措,但具体履行现状如何,需要开展实证研究。研究对导师和研究生进行调查,结果显示:不管是现状评估还是措施认同,总体尚可,但仍存在差距与分歧,研究生导师立德树人职责履行存在较大提升空间。结合调查结果和前人成果,提出动态系统的研究生导师立德树人职责提升路径:准确把握立德树人理论体系,遵循多方交互、多元兼容原则,充分发挥培养单位作用,优化导师选拔机制,侧重表彰奖励机制等。

【Abstract】 “LideShuren” Fostering virtue through education is the primary duty for graduate tutors.The Ministry of Education has clearly defined the duties and measures in Opinions on Fully Implementing the “LideShuren” Duty for Graduate Tutors A Guideline to Fully Implement Graduate Tutors’ Duty in Fostering Virtue Through Education.However, empirical research is needed to know what the actual fulfillment status quo is.assess the current implementation status.Based on the Opinion Guideline,this research surveyed respectively the graduate tutors and graduate students.The results shows that, overall, whether status assessment or measure identification was is relative satisfactory, but there were are still gaps, and differences and imbalances.There was is a large room for improvement in the performance of the “LideShuren” graduate tutors’ duty in fostering virtue through education.Based on the survey results and previous achievements, the study proposes dynamic and systematic promotion improvement paths was proposed: accurately a good grasp of the theoretical system of “LideShuren” foster virtue through education, follow commitment to the principles of multi-interaction and multi-compatibility, underline full utilization the role of graduate cultivation institutions, optimization for the selection mechanism of tutors, and focus emphasis on the commendation and reward mechanism.
