加工质量对齿轮啮合噪声以及效率的影响研究
Study on the Influence of Machining Quality on Gear Meshing Noise and Efficiency
【摘要】 电动汽车减速器的噪声主要来源于齿轮副的振动,而齿轮副振动与齿轮加工质量关系密切。齿轮的加工质量影响着齿轮啮合的噪声和效率。利用相关性分析,敏感性分析等方法、通过采用齿面波纹度、齿廓形状偏差、齿廓倾斜偏差、螺旋线形状偏差、螺旋线倾斜偏差等制造偏差模拟实际生产中的加工质量差异,研究齿轮加工质量对于齿轮啮合时噪声以及效率的影响。研究结果表明:总体来说,主动齿轮和被动齿轮的齿廓形状偏差和齿廓倾斜偏差以及它们之间的共同作用对噪声和效率的影响大。分析结果揭示加工质量和齿轮噪声、效率之间的内在联系,为优化齿轮设计和加工工艺提供科学依据。
【Abstract】 The noise of electric vehicle reducer mainly comes from the vibration of gear pair, and the vibration of gear pair is closely related to the quality of gear processing. The machining quality of the gears affects the noise and efficiency of the gear meshing. By using correlation analysis, sensitivity analysis and other methods, the influence of gear processing quality on the noise and efficiency of gear meshing was studied by using manufacturing deviations such as tooth surface waviness, profile form deviation, profile slope deviation, helix form deviation and helix form deviation to simulate the processing quality difference in actual production. The results show that, in general, the profile form deviation and profile slope deviation of active gear and passive gear have a great influence on noise and efficiency. The analysis results reveal the internal relationship between machining quality and gear noise efficiency, and provide scientific basis for optimizing gear design and machining technology.
