高强度钢热成形模具研发与实验研究

【摘要】 汽车轻量化和安全性是汽车发展的两个重要方向。因为高强度钢密度小、强度高且耐疲劳等优点,越来越多地被应用于汽车车身重要的内覆盖件来提高其安全性。然而,高强度钢在常温冲压条件下,成形性能较差,且需要提供非常大的冲压力。为了解决上述冷冲压成形难题,需采用热冲压成形技术,即将高强度钢板放置热成形模具中,在钢板成形的同时进行加热,提高板料的成形性能,成形后迅速冷却淬火,提高制件的强度和硬度,满足汽车关键覆盖件的力学性能要求。

【Abstract】 Automobile lightweight and safety are two important developmental directions of automobile.Because of the advantages of low density,high strength and fatigue resistance,highstrength steel is increasingly used as an important interior covering part of automobile body to improve its safety.However,the formability of high-strength steel is poor under the conditions of stamping at normal temperature,and the need to provide very large stamping pressure.In order to solve the above cold stamping forming problems,hot stamping forming technology is needed.That is to say,the high-strength steel plate is placed in the hot-forming mold,which the steel plate is heated while its forming to improve its formability.After its forming,it is cooled and quenched quickly to improve its strength and hardness,and meet the mechanical properties requirements of the key automotive covering parts.
