钉齿滚筒式毛豆采摘机设计

【摘要】 为提高毛豆采摘机械化水平,设计了一种钉齿滚筒式毛豆采摘机,并对核心结构进行优化,包括旋转采摘系统、传送带输送系统及风力弹齿滚筒清选系统。所设计旋转采摘系统采用钉齿滚筒结构,通过高速旋转与拍捋作用实现高效低损的豆荚分离工作,并控制最大采摘合力小于15N,以降低豆荚机械破损率。传送带输送系统采用双同步带传动方法,以提高输送稳定性并减少物料滑移的风险。风力弹齿滚筒清选系统利用离心力、筛网过滤与气流分选原理的综合作用,实现毛豆豆荚与杂质的高效分离。

【Abstract】 In order to improve the mechanization level of edamame picking, this study designed a spike-tooth drum edamame picker and optimized its core structure, including a rotary picking system, a conveyor belt system and a wind-powered elastic-tooth drum cleaning system. The rotary picking system adopts a spike-tooth drum structure, which achieves efficient and low-loss pod separation through high-speed rotation and stroking, and controls the maximum picking force within 15 N to reduce the breakage rate. The conveyor belt system adopts a dual synchronous belt drive scheme to improve the conveying stability and reduce material slippage. The wind-powered elastic-tooth drum cleaning system uses centrifugal force, screen filtration and airflow sorting principles to achieve efficient separation of pods and impurities.
