【摘要】 目的：探讨经皮椎体形成术结合快速康复用于老年骨质疏松椎体压缩性骨折对患者术后并发症和椎体功能的影响。方法：选取廉江市人民医院2023年6月～2023年12月收治的老年骨质疏松椎体压迫性骨折患者128例为研究对象，随机分为对照组与研究组各64例，对照组接受单一的经皮椎体成形术治疗，研究组接受经皮椎体成形术联合快速康复治疗，比较两组的术后并发症、干预前后的椎体功能[Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)]、疼痛情况[视觉疼痛模拟评分法(VAS)及生活质量量表(SF-36)]。结果：干预后，与对照组比较，研究组的术后并发症发生率、ODI评分、VAS评分更低，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),SF-36评分更高，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：经皮椎体成形术联合快速康复治疗可降低术后并发症的发生，促进患者椎体功能的恢复，减轻患者的疼痛，提升患者生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effects of percutaneous vertebroplasty combined with rapid rehabilitation on postoperative complications and vertebral function in elderly patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures.Method 128 elderly patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures admitted to our hospital from June 2023 to December 2023 were selected as research object, the patients were randomly divided into the control group and the study group. The control group and the study group had 64 patients, respectively. The control group received a single percutaneous vertebroplasty treatment, while the study group received percutaneous vertebroplasty combined with rapid rehabilitation treatment. The postoperative complications of the two groups were compared, and the vertebral function [Oswestry Dysfunction Index(ODI)], pain [Visual Analog Scale(VAS)], and quality of life[SF-36)] before and after intervention were compared. Results After intervention, the incidence of postoperative complications was lower in the study group than that of the control group(P<0.05). After intervention, the ODI score was lower in the study group that of the control group(P<0.05). After intervention, the VAS score of the study group was lower that of the control group(P<0.05),and the SF-36 score was higher than that of the control group that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Percutaneous vertebroplasty combined with rapid rehabilitation treatment can reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, promote the recovery of vertebral function, alleviate pain, and improve the quality of life of patients.更多还原
