【摘要】 Sirtuins蛋白家族是一类依赖于烟酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸(NAD~+)的组蛋白去乙酰化酶,其主要通过调控基因转录或催化去乙酰化、去琥珀酰化、ADP-核糖基转移等反应调节蛋白活性和功能,从而参与调控细胞代谢、炎症反应、氧化应激、细胞自噬及凋亡等生理过程。Sirtuins蛋白家族不同成员在亚细胞定位和功能方面显示出多样性。随着研究的深入,日益增多的证据揭示了Sirtuins蛋白家族在胃癌发生与发展过程中扮演了复杂的双向调控角色。文章就Sirtuins蛋白家族的发展历程、分子机制及其在胃癌中的作用进行综述。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Sirtuins protein family is a kind of histone deacetylases dependent on nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide(NAD~+),which mainly regulate protein activity and function by regulating gene transcription or catalyzing reactions such as deacetylation,desuccinylation,and ADP ribosylation transfer.Thus,it participates in regulating physiological processes such as cell metabolism,inflammatory response,oxidative stress,autophagy and apoptosis.Different members of the Sirtuins protein family show diversity in subcellular localization and function.With the in-depth research,an increasing amount of evidence has revealed that the Sirtuins protein family plays a complex bidirectional regulatory role in the occurrence and development of gastric cancer.This article reviews the development history,molecular mechanism and role of the Sirtuins protein family in gastric cancer.更多还原
