【摘要】 本文根据国家法规、政策要求，从机构、师资、场地、装备配置等角度出发，设计了系列指标，统计了2023年度初中教育资源配置状况。通过对统计结果的分析，发现初中校均规模、班额较低，专任教师学历未完全达标，专任教师、高学历专任教师超额配备，镇区、乡村初中场地超额配置，城区初中占用土地、绿化用地、运动场地配置不足，网络多媒体教室、教学仪器设备超额配置，城区、镇区初中图书配置不足等问题，并提出了改进的措施建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on national regulations and policy requirements, this paper designs a series of indicators from the perspectives of institutions, faculty, facilities, and equipment allocation, and compiles statistics on the allocation of junior high school educational resources in 2023. Through analysis of the statistical results, it identifies issues such as the small average school size and class size in junior high schools, excessive allocation of full-time teachers and highly qualified full-time teachers, incomplete compliance with full-time teacher qualifications, over-provisioned facilities in town and rural junior high schools, insufficient land use, green space, and sports venue allocation in urban junior high schools, excessive allocation of network multimedia classrooms and teaching instruments, and inadequate library resources in urban and town junior high schools.
