【摘要】 本研究选取吉林大学白求恩第一临床医学院、吉林大学第一医院的研究生导师、临床带教医生、研究生辅导员开展访谈，归纳了临床医学专业硕士研究生学习倦怠问题的现实表现，发现科研与临床的双重任务、评价与发展的双重压力、自强与自洽的双重不足、支持与帮助的双重不力是造成学习倦怠问题的主要原因，并从优化培养模式、强化导师作用、提升带教质量、完善服务保障等方面出发，提出了缓解学习倦怠问题的对策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 This study conducted interviews with graduate supervisors, clinical teaching physicians, and postgraduate counselors from Bethune First Clinical Medical College of Jilin University and the First Hospital of Jilin University. It summarized the current manifestations of learning burnout among clinical medicine Master’s Students and identified the dual tasks of research and clinical practice, the dual pressures of evaluation and development, the dual deficiencies of self-improvement and self-consistency, and the dual inadequacies of support and assistance as the primary causes of learning burnout. Based on optimizing training models, strengthening the role of supervisors, improving teaching quality, and enhancing service support, the study proposed countermeasures to alleviate learning burnout.更多还原
